Prospira Deal’s Indian business perspective is shaped by Nimesh, an IIMA Ahmedabad graduate and entrepreneur with a strong track record of pursuing growth through practical execution and strategic thinking. His approach combines decisiveness, calculated risk-taking, and a clear focus on long-term value creation. Through disciplined effort and principled decision-making, he has transformed both his own trajectory and contributed meaningfully to the development of his family’s position.
Having grown up across multiple cities in Gujarat and travelled extensively throughout India, he has developed a broad and valuable network spanning diverse industries, providing deep
local insight and strong relationship capital.
Olivia complements Prospira Deal with structured thinking, professionalism, and strategic creativity. Growing up in Switzerland’s financial landscape, she developed a disciplined approach to analysis, risk assessment, and decision-making. Through a decadelong career across both B2C and B2B banking, she gained extensive experience in capital dynamics, client strategy, and complex stakeholder environments, while building a strong professional network across finance, business, and international markets.
Following her Bachelor’s degree in Banking and Finance, where she explored a wide range of practical economic models, she chose to expand her perspective by moving beyond Switzerland to engage with more dynamic and rapidly evolving economies.
The two founders first connected while each was separately developing early-stage ventures, recognizing a shared entrepreneurial perspective. One year later, Prospira Deal was formed, grounded in their common ability to move from opportunity to action.
One perspective brings structured thinking, careful analysis, and disciplined execution shaped by environments where precision, planning, and risk assessment are central to decision-making.
